2.    General information
PixmaSoft OÜ is providing auction services for new products and services in Estonia. When registering in our system, you accept the terms of use and enter into a contract with SendiOksjon.ee Organizers.

3.    Participation
In order to participate in the auction one has to be over 18 years old or have a parental permission to participate in the auction. SendiOksjon.ee Organizers are not responsible for any moral or economic damage done by those under age participating in the auction.
The person who chooses to participate in the auction must be a real person. All the information provided at the registration stage has to be valid. One person may not create more than one account. If he does otherwise, SendiOksjon.ee Organizers have the right to nullify that person’s credit account and / or ban the account. Banned accounts will not be restored.

When registering an account one has to bear in mind several things:
- the username must not be offensive
- the information input has to be valid
- the user is responsible for everything that happens to his account

If those conditions are not met, SendiOksjon.ee Organizers have the right to close and ban the account.

SendiOksjon.ee Organizers do not disclose your personal information to third parties. The user account can not be transferred to a third party either. We use your information only for winners’ tracking and statistical purposes. We view protection of users’ privacy as a very important community principle.

The funds that are deposited to the user’s account are meant to be used only for the purposes of auction, and will not be refunded.
SendiOksjon.ee Organizers are not liable for any errors occurred when committing a payment. We are not responsible for any failures your credit card might incur.
If there are any problems with using electronic payment system, one has to report it to our customer service immediately, by sending an e-mail.
SendiOksjon.ee Organizers are entitled to close the auction in case any system error occurs.
If SendiOksjon.eeOrganizers suspect the auction to have abnormal working conditions (someone uses auxiliary software to affect the outcome of an auction) it has the right to suspend the auction and take actions over the suspect user. These actions might have a legal character. People who have placed bids upon the suspended auction will have them restored as additional (free of charge) credits on their accounts.
Using scripts for placing bids is not allowed. If the SendiOksjon.ee Organizers find this rule violated they have the right not to sell the item to the winner.

SendiOksjon.ee Organizers staff and its family members will not be able to take part in the auction.
SendiOksjon.ee Organizers guarantee not to affect the auction in any circumstances.

4.    Operation instructions
The auction is open every day from 10 am to 12pm. At 12pm lots stop and come back with the latest price in the morning (among the exception are the 24h-working lots, that are open all day long).
Support hours for all products are found in the product data.
Official time of the auction is set according to SendiOksjon.ee system clock.
SendiOksjon.ee web-site supports all internet browsers.

5.    Placing a bid
The cost for placing a bid through a mobile-phone amounts to XX Ls, whereas placing a bid through an internet bank amounts to XX Ls.
Each placed bid increases the price for an item by one santim (0,01 Ls)
Every user can place bids on several items traded at the same time. There is no limit for the quantity of bids.
The placed bid becomes valid as soon as it is registered in the SendiOksjon.ee system. One has to keep in mind the fact that there might be a delay between the time of placing the bid and the real time of its acceptance and registration in the system.
The system will automatically inform the user of approved bid by a text message or an e-mail.
SendiOksjon.ee Organizers are not responsible for any problems which make it difficult or impossible to participate in bidding, or are in fact, out of the SendiOksjon.ee’s control, such as: Computer / mobile phone's technical and programmatic error, Tele / internet operator delays and the problems, strikes, boycott or other labour actions, denial of service, natural disasters, martial law, animals, or other inconvenience caused by third parties.
SendiOksjon.ee Organizers are not responsible for any legislation changes, which affect the auction, and its activities.
SendiOksjon.ee Organizers are not responsible for their own software, hardware, network connectivity faults, or any arising faults which have an impact on the auction.
SendiOksjon.ee is entitled to suspend the service at any time without prior notice.  Whenever the service comes back to its normal working condition, the auction timers will start again from the initial point. The bids placed within the time the service was down will not be taken into account and the users will not get them refunded.
SendiOksjon.ee’s liability is limited only to the price of lost bids replacements.

6.    Auction timers and auction ending
There is a timer present at each lot that is up at the auction. Timer shows how much time is left till the end of an item’s auction. Whenever someone places a bid it starts over again.  Item closes when the timer reaches its null point. This timer is not fixed and may vary from item to item.
When auction ends the winning bid author's/user’s nickname/ or mobile phones last 3 (three) digits will appear next to the product.
When auction ends the system informs the winner with a text message or an e-mail. The winner will have an opportunity to buy the item at the price of the last bid. SendiOksjon.ee Organizers will contact the winner in 3 (three) business days.

7.    The payment and delivery of the product
The winner of an auction receives an invoice, which contains the price of the won item and payment specifics. The invoice will be sent to the winner’s SendiOksjon.ee account.
The winner has to pay the bill within 30 (thirty) days. If he fails, he will lose an opportunity to buy the won item/service.
If a winner has problems with making a payment he has to immediately contact SendiOksjon.ee customer service team.
As soon as the bill is paid, SendiOksjon.ee Organizers are obliged to deliver the item within the following 2 (two) weeks, if not agreed otherwise.
SendiOksjon.ee Organizers are not responsible for any misinformation provided by the user at the registration stage (see Chapter 3).

8.    Product labels, warranty and return
All the product descriptions are provided by the manufacturers, and SendiOksjon.ee organizers are not responsible for the validity of these descriptions. All product come with a standard manufacturer, importer or seller issued warranty. The warranty does not apply to services or gift vouchers.

9. Changing the terms of the contract and its conditions
SendiOksjon.ee Organizers have the right to amend the terms of contract and conditions of an auction during the auction period. If that takes place, everyone will get to know about such changes in the news section, at our web-site.
