   The price of 1 (one) SMS is XX Ls.
    
3. What price should I pay for an item if I happen to win an auction?
   If you happen to win an auction You pay the final price that was shown in the item window. This price already includes VAT and transportation expenses.
    
4. Are the products sold here new or used?
   All the products that take are sold are new.
    
5. Do I have to cover transportation costs if I win in the auction?
   No, all the transportation expenses are included in the final price.
    
6. Can the system be late when it comes up for placing a bid?
   Yes, the system may be late up to 10 seconds. If you are considering to place a bid, take that into account.
    
7. How do I know that I am the last bidder?
   The username/nickname/3 last digits of the mobile-phone number of the last bidder will be published in the item window.
    
8. What does a sign “24h” next to the item window mean?
   It means that the auction will not stop at 12pm, rather it is open all day long.
    
9. What does a sing „The product actives at XX:YY” mean?
   It means that the timer for the item kicks off right at XX:YY.
    
10. What should I do when I get an opportunity to buy an item?
    You will get conacted by the telephone and told about further instructions.
     
11. I transfered credit to my Zilla account through internet bank but the credits are not there yet?
    You should contact Zilla.lv’s customer service team immediately and report about it.
     
12. I sent an SMS to bid for an item, but my telephone number didn’t appear in the item box.
    Make sure the number you sent an SMS to was correct and that you haven’t sent the SMS for a non-activated item.
     
13. I registered in the system but I didn’t receive any e-mail that would help me activate my account.
    Check your mail box – it might be simply full.
     
14. What happens if I place a bid at 23:59:59, do I win the item automatically?
    No, the auction contrinues in the morning at 10:00 with the last known price.
     
15. How do I know that the auction is finished?
    The auction finishes when there are no more bidders.  You will see a sign „Congratulations” in the item window.
